• Tamron lens user (hereinafter referred as “User”) must be the first owner of the lens & an Indian resident.
• The user must have a minimum of 3 Tamron lenses.
• Eligible Purchases include any Tamron model lenses that were current at the time of purchase. Accessories like Tap in console, Teleconverters, Tripod Mount, Lens cases etc. would not be considered eligible Multiple purchases of same lens model, even if different mounts, are not considered Eligible Purchases. Tamron India VIP Club membership cannot be shared with other users of the lens. Each Member must own his/her own unique Tamron model lens. Grey market, open stock, used and refurbished/second hand lenses are not eligible purchases. Only new and current Tamron lenses purchased from Tamron India Authorized channel partners are eligible purchases.
• The said Tamron lenses must be purchased on or after 1st April, 2016.
• The purchased lenses must be bought from an authorized Tamron India channel partner & registered at Tamron India website within 15 days from the date of purchase.
• User must share either his/her photographic work website or one of his/her social media profile related to photographic work, marked as public(private profile will be declined from registration during evaluation stage)
• Social media profile considered are Instagram/Facebook/Youtube

• Membership, is finalized after reviewing each profile, document, product purchase & registration, shared website/ social media profile verification.
• Tamron India will not be responsible for inaccurate or missing information uploaded into the online warranty registration system.
• Once issued, the membership will be valid for a period of 1-year from the date of issuing.
• For Membership renewal, the profile will be re-evaluated against the consistency of user engagement/purchases made during the membership period.
• The VIP Club status will be evaluated on a quarterly basis for-
  • Admitting new customers and/or
  • Upgrading current members to higher levels.
• Changes in Club membership status will be notified to the member through email/call after the profile review.

NOTE: Tamron India reserves the right on approving or dis-approving VIP club membership for any individual depending upon the profile & documents submitted.

• Upload invoice along with lens images (with readability of lens serial number on lens surface)
• Social media profile links (main profile urls)

VIP Club has three Membership Categories

• Platinum, user is the registered owner of five (5) or more Tamron unique models
• Gold, user is the registered owner of four (4) Tamron unique models
• Silver, user is the registered owner of three (3) Tamron unique models

You may cancel your VIP Club membership at any time by writing to us at tamronindiavipclub@tamron.in If your membership is cancelled, either by you or by us, you will forfeit any remaining Perks. Subject to our Privacy Notice, cancellation of your membership will not result in erasure of any information provided by or gathered regarding you. We may terminate your membership in the VIP Club because of suspected or actual conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the VIP Club membership, or is harmful to our interests or another Tamron customer. We reserve the right to deny future membership in the VIP Club if we deem your conduct to violate these Terms. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

We may, in our sole DISCRETION, CHANGE THESE TERMS, THE PRIVACY NOTICE, OR ANY ASPECT OF VIP CLUB MEMBERSHIP IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS. IF ANY CHANGE TO THESE TERMS IS FOUND INVALID, VOID, OR FOR ANY REASON UNENFORCEABLE, THAT CHANGE IS SEVERABLE AND DOES NOT AFFECT THE VALIDITY AND ENFORCEABILITY OF ANY REMAINING CHANGES OR CONDITIONS. TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, YOUR CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP IN THE VIP CLUB AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP
