TID may collect and store the Disclosing Party’s personal Information on the server that is hosted in India having security practices/ protocol as required under Indian law.
TID shall use reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards that are designed to protect Disclosing Party’s Information including the Images and Photographs shared by the Disclosing Party from the loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
In addition, TID uses reasonable security protocols and mechanisms as prescribed under applicable laws to store/ exchange the transmission of Information.
In the event that Disclosing Party’s Information along with other information is acquired, or is reasonably believed to have been acquired, by an unauthorized person/ entities and applicable law requires notification, TID will notify the Disclosing Party by e-mail or postal mail. TID will give the Disclosing Party notice promptly as reasonably possible, consistent with the requirement under applicable law.
